Billing

  • When will I get my invoices?

    You will get a invoice the day you start our services. Your payments will be due on the same day each month, and you will receive an invoice each month, 10 days prior to your due date, before we charge your credit card.
  • How do you send notice of billing?

    You can get a notice of billing from your control panel, and we also email them to you in HTML and PDF format.
  • Can we pay by check?

    We can email your billing if you plan to mail in payment, and you will receive your invoice 10 days before your due date. We don't change the schedule of late payments for people who send in mail in payments.

  • What happens if I'm late on my payment?

    If your payment is not received on time, you will be sent a notice at 7 days past due, 14 days past due, and then again at 21 days. If your bill has not been paid within 30 days of your last invoice date, your services will be suspended, and we will attempt to call you at this point. CloudAccess.net reserves the right to terminate an account that is past due for non-payment after the 60-day period has expired since the last invoice's due date.
  • Can I call billing?

    You can open a ticket to have billing call you back.
  • Can you give me more time on my trial?

    No problem; just send us an email and we will remove the open invoice and extend your trial time. We want to be sure you get plenty of time to try out the Joomla CMS.
  • I'm a developer and I got an invoice for a site I'm still working on. Can you give me more time?

    No problem at all. Development time is always free with our service. If you're making a site for a customer and you're a partner, we are glad to give you as much free time as you need. Reply to the invoice to let us know you're not done building, and give us the estimated due date. We will delete the invoice and make an adjustment on the next billing cycle.
  • Can I cancel my account at any time?

    Yes. If you're not in contract with us, our service works on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel your account at any time; thus, you won't be charged for the next month. Please notice that we don't handle refunds for time not used before the end of the last billing cycle.
