Rest assured if your site is hosted with Cloudaccess.net we will make sure you always have a fully working Joomla! site. See what else is included in standard Joomla! support for Standard, Business, and Pro hosting plans.

  • For Demo, Mini and Basic plans, we will restore the site to the closest working version.
  • For Standard, Business and Pro plans, if you wish we can restore your site to the closest working version or go in to the error logs and try to locate the problem for you. We will disable any extensions or plugins that caused your site to crash. We do not troubleshoot 3rd party extensions.
