HostingWorking Joomla! siteWe instantly launch your Joomla! site for you on our servers, no installation or configuration needed. Updates We automatically update your site to the latest Joomla! version. However, if for some reason you wish not to participate in automatic updates, you can always opt out. Backups We provide 7 day backups for your database and files. We also provide a backup tool built into your Joomla! control panel so you can backup your site whenever you want and keep the files for as long as you like. Monitoring We monitor our servers and services. If something goes wrong our engineers are notified right away so they can fix the problem quickly. |
Joomla!CloudBase templateWe will help you configure the CloudBase template to fit your needs. 3rd Party templates We will help you install a 3rd party template. Configuration of a template is considered Professional Services. Logo installation Installing a logo on a Joomla! template can be a little hard for a new user. We will install your ready-made logo into your template. The logo must be correctly sized and ready for installation. Basic menu configuration We will make sure your menu is working. We will turn on and connect your menus if you’re having troubles. Some 3rd party templates have extreme menu setups. If your menu setup requires studying we might refer you to Professional Services. Joomla! registration Core Joomla! has a registration and login feature that allows users to login. We will support this feature. However, we don't support 3rd party registration and login extensions. Extension installation If you're having trouble installing 3rd party extensions (including components, plugins, and modules), we will troubleshoot to help you get it installed as the manufacturer of the software intended. Please note we do not provide any other support for 3rd party extensions. If there's a problem with an extension which our Tier 1 support engineers can't solve we may refer you to Professional Services. CloudAccess.net software We have created our own Cloud Control Panel built into the backend of your Joomla! site. Should you have any problems with it, we'll fix it. |
