Our servers are setup to not have permissions issues with core Joomla. If you ever work with a 3rd party component and can't figure out why it's not installing we can help you. Email support and we will look into the problem.

Diagnosing Installation problems with Extensions.

If you're having troubles installing software you bought we will see what the problem is and help you get it installed as the manufacturer of the software intended. We do not provide free upgrade services as part of this service. This service is strictly for the installing of new software.

Backing Up your Website

We give you the tools to make sure you can backup your site locally. We take pride in knowing that our services are based on open source software. Your site and your software. The software is written in a common known language called PHP and information is stored in a standard MySQL database that can be exported to a standard SQL file.

3rd Party Templates

We will help you install any 3rd party template. We will not help you install sample data or make the template look like it came from the manufacture.  We only support the installation of the main template zip file.

3rd Party Components

We support the installation of all major extensions listed on the Joomla! Extensions directory.   If you can't get an extension to install we will look at the problem and suggest a fix for you. We will not configure your modules or plugins.

Module & Plug-in Installation

We will provide the service of troubleshooting the install of a module or plugin. We will not configure or setup your modules for you.
