If our automated checks find your site is down, it will open a support ticket with our staff and, depending on your service plan, we will begin fixing the problem. JOOMLA! UPDATES: We make sure you're always on the latest version of Joomla! BACKUPS: We give you the tools to make sure you can backup your site locally as often as needed. BASIC MENU CONFIGURATION: We will make sure your menu is set up correctly and linking to the correct articles or locations. We'll also help you position it on the page. Please note some third-party menu extensions may require Professional Services. ADDING YOUR LOGO: If you need some help we can install your ready-made logo for you. Does not include editing or resizing. For help creating a logo, please contact Professional Services. BASIC CONTACT FORM: We will help you configure and troubleshoot Joomla!'s built-in contact form component. ROTATING FLASH BANNERS: We will install and configure our rotating Flash banner at no cost to you. You must provide the banner images that will rotate. |
BLOG SETUP: We make it easy for you to start blogging by configuring and installing a Joomla! blog for you. By simply publishing an article, your blog will be instantly updated. SETUP USER REGISTRATION: We will help you configure and troubleshoot Joomla!'s built-in website registration component that allows users to login to certain areas of your website. GOOGLE ANALYTICS: We will help you set up Google Analytics for your website, and have made this tool accessible directly from the Control panel within Joomla!. GOOGLE WEBMASTER TOOLS: Setup and access Google's Webmaster Tools directly from the Control panel within Joomla! as well. THIRD PARTY TEMPLATES: We will help you install third-party templates. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS, EXTENSIONS, MODULES & PLUG-INS: We support the installation of all major extensions listed on the Joomla! Extensions Directory.
