To get support on our network you first must be registered.  Support on our network is handled through tickets.   We provide all customers of our service a standard 4 hour service level agreement.  (See weekly Schedule) If you have a cloud hosting account, then you are already registered.   Cusotmers not hosting on our network can open professional services tickets once you are registered.

To get support on our network you first must be registered. If you have a cloud hosting account then your already registered. Support tickets are submited by email. If you want anyone else in the conversation you must CC them. If this is your first time submitting a ticket you must provide login information. If nothing has changed since your last ticket we will have all your information on file. If your Joomla website is hosted with CloudAccess.net you will need to submit your support ticket from a registered email on file.
