At 7:10 p.m. CloudAccess.net System administrators were alerted to a packet loss occurring in the Southfield datacenter. Soon after we were informed of a problem with the fiber optic cable. The datacenter staff worked out a plan to bring an extra bandwidth to Southfield network. The issue was resolved and services were back up at 9:00 p.m. No data loss occurred during the event.
