At 2:55 PM EST, CloudAccess.net System Administrators were alerted of a non-responsive CloudMail service. The system encountered low memory condition in result of an error. In order to resume normal operation, we had to restart the system. At 3:20 PM the service was back online. All services are operational and no data loss occurred during this event.
