3rd Party Template Providers
We will install any template from a provider listed below. Take your time and shop around - we have verified that these template manufactures provide a high level of support and service on any template you might purchase from them. We recommend that you use Joomla 3.0 and select a responsive design. Responsive templates provide you a good basis for being mobile and desktop computer ready.

You can install two types of Joomla templates: The template can come with a sample data set (otherwise known as a quickstart package), or just the template itself. Lots of new users love to have the sample data set loaded in their site because they start with a site that is populated with data. Advance developers prefer only the template installed and a blank Joomla site. Play around and see what works best for you.
- We'll install a template that comes in the form of a .zip file. You must attach the .zip file to a support ticket.
- We'll install a “Sample Data Set” from a template provider. This is the database and files so it looks like the template demo)
Protostar - the Default Joomla 3.0 Template
Joomla 3.0 sites have a built-in responsive template, Protostar, that works great. If you launch a Joomla 3.0, you can start to use this template right away. It is super easy to use and provides everything you need to build your Joomla site. If you'd like something else, you can purchase a membership with template developer (see the list below). Download the Protostar Module Map.
Can I install a sample data set by myself?
Of course. First you will need to launch a Joomla site on our platform. Then, login to your Client Area and navigate to the “Cloud Control Panel” for your site. Within the Cloud Control Panel, you will be presented with your server login information. You will connect with FTP to your hosting account with CloudAccess.net, delete all the files in /httpdocs folder, unzip and upload your sample data set, and visit the front end by going to your public facing URL. The install process will ask you for a series of login details, all of which are located in our Cloud Control Panel.
Can I install a template by myself?
Sure thing! First you will need to launch a Joomla site on our platform. Learn how to install a template in the back end of your Joomla 3.0 site.
Will someone install a template for me?
You must have a paid hosting and support account with CloudAccess.net if you want to take advantage of our managed template installations. You can install your own template with a demo account, but you must do the labor yourself. For paid clients, please submit a support ticket, attach the .zip file you downloaded, and we'll do the rest for you. If you do not attach the .zip file to the support ticket, you can include your login details to the template club that you have subscribed to and the name of the template you would like to use, and our team will do the sample data set install. If you have specific instructions please let us know in the ticket.
Are there free Joomla 3.0 templates?
You can use free templates provided by major template manufactures, but we do suggest that you buy a membership to one of these companies so you get the support that they offer. Support is limited for free templates. Refer to each template provider for details about the support they offer or for purchasing a membership.
