Changing FTP/SSH Login Details
To change your FTP/SSH login details, log into your Cloud Control Panel™(CCP), select the application you'd like to work with and select the "FTP/SSH" option below the "Server" tab.
In the FTP, SFTP, SSH window, you can access your current login credentials, or create and confirm a new password. Be sure to click the update button when you're done updating your password.
Please Note: Your username cannot be changed or updated, only the password can be changed.
