CloudAccess.net is enabling my vision to blossom At the beginning of 2010 I started working with a few of my fathers clients with the goal of building an online presence for them. It became quickly apparent that if I really wanted to be able to help these people I would need to become a "one stop shop" when it came to their online solutions. A website is the primary KEY component that I had to be able to offer, but I hadn't built websites since the heyday of angelfire.com and still to this day do not know enough code to pretend that I could build one from scratch (in any reasonable time-frame anyway). I used three web-based website creation tools and found everything to just completely suck. They weren't what I needed. I wasn't able to fully customize anything. I could barely change anything. Telling my client, "Uh, I actually can't change the background color" was disturbing to me. It wasn't acceptable and I knew that in reality at that point I wasn't offering my customers squat. Joomla! entered my awareness (HOORAY!), and soon thereafter CloudAccess.net did as well...and it has absolutely been the "one stop shop" for MY business needs. The partner program is an incredibly generous gift. The service is unbelievably quick, friendly and efficient. The ease at which I am able to transition the website from design to launch to being in my customers hands is amazing. The way that CloudAccess has streamlined the webdesign/hosting part of my business has proven to be EXACTLY WHAT I WAS HOPING TO FIND ALL ALONG. I have no need to look anywhere else. And THAT is pretty cool.

As a Joomla implementer, it's a pleasure to have CloudAccess hosting my clients. Not only for the things I don't have to worry about: permissions, backups, etc., but that the server performance is spectacular. I can work "stream of consciousness". The 24/7 support and Joomla training materials for my clients are great. If I get in a technical bind, I can hire experts from Cloudaccess to help me out.

I just wanted to let you know I switched over from the free trail account to a paid hosting account and dropped the .cloudaccess subdomain. Lucas assisted me with the process. He was helpful, his replies were intuitive, and his responses were fast, even on a Sunday. I have two other sites in development with Cloud Access, and I will probably have many more in the future. I am continually impressed with the level of service from C.A. - from sales to tech support, and I just wanted to let you know. I wrote a glowing review of cloud access on a hosting review site several weeks ago. At 40 years old, I've been around the block more than a few times. I've experienced good service and bad service over the years, but this is the first time I've felt compelled to review of any product or service, ever. I just wanted to say thanks for all the help and you can be proud of your support staff. They have that X factor that is so rare in any service industry - they take ownership of their jobs.

Good day. I am a new to Joomla customer. I was having difficulty setting up a demo account. I sent an E-Mail into demosupport and it was promptly answered by Derek. Over the course of thirty minutes an a couple of E-mail exchanges the problem was resolved and the account established.

Derek (Joomla! Support Specialist) has closed my two (2) tickets. Good job. I have a demo site and if I can get the support I need I will upgrade to a business or pro account prior to the end of my free trial. I am starting a computer service business so I will probaly be looking at the Enterprize template. Just wanted to let you know that Derek has been doing a good job.

Just letting you know that I've submitted 2 tickets so far with questions about building Joomla website and attempting to learn how to 'move' a Joomla website to another server and both times I was replied back quickly directing me to an article explaining the 'how to' part or supplied with a precise answer to my question. Derek and Mark both have been very helpful. Thank you and Cloudaccess for opening up your servers to new Joomla experimenters and offering such a vast amount of Joomla support.

I just wanted to send you a note and tell you how great Christopher has been helping through a tough time with my website and email. I have been trying to transfer my website doworksolutions from 1&1 to Cloud Access for over two weeks. My email went down and my website has been in limbo. Chris took the time and worked through the issues and got both my email and website working. I appreciate Chris' help and I am glad that I moved to Cloud Access.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Lucas, as well as inform you that our problem has been resolved after a lot of dancing back and forth and submitting several tickets.
