Incident Report:

At approximately 7:40 AM EDT on October 8th, the affected system experienced an operating system failure that resulted in a system crash.

Our engineering team responded immediately and performed an emergency reboot to restore the system. Following the reboot, an additional data consistency check was required to ensure the integrity and consistency of the system data. This verification process extended the overall recovery time.

The system was fully restored and operational at approximately 10:05 AM EDT. We are continuing to monitor the server closely to ensure stable operation.
